avast! Pro Antivirus has been disabled. Can't fix it

Hi, I have avast! Pro Antivirus installed, version 8.0.1497, and since that morning that  I opened the computer  is disabled. I tried to activate it again each shield but it refuses and sends me  a message that says: Unable to start the Web Shield! Coat unattainable. And so with all of them. In RESOLVE ALL button does nothing. Any idea what could be or how to fix?

First off, why are you using 8.0.1497 when the latest version is 9.0.2008?

I'd recommend a clean install of v9.

1. Download Avastclear, Rejzors uninstall tool and the appropriate Avast program edition

2. Uninstall Avast by control panel  [If you don't have Avast in control Panel go to #4]
3. Uninstall in safe mode using Avastclear.
4. Run Rejzors Uninstall Utility in Normal Mode (removes traces avastclear doesn't) - reboot.
5. Install the version you downloaded.
6. Reboot.

Nenhuma das alternativas acima foi executado com sucesso, sempre dá o mesmo erro de que não possuo permissão para instalar / remover /  reparar o Avast Premier instalado. O Clear e o setup dá a mesma mensagem.
