When i check  my email the following address appears on my fierwall   arabs.complicates.us along with my mail server.I have uninstalled avast and it does'nt come up anymore.I installed avast and its back.Has anyone got any ideas what this is.

Haha, very funny, DNS servers translate the host name  arabs.complicates.us to 127.0.0.1, i.e. the localhost... :)

But your reverse DNS lookup returns this funny host name for the localhost loopback address?
