Avast Green scan notification screen hog !!!

Why can't the system scan go to the background ?
What a screen hog.
You can't even move or minimise it !!!
I am the most important program running so I MUST be on top....GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Very poor design AVAST !!! >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

I can't think of how many scan's I cancel because I need to see something under it.

It sure is possible to minimize the scan screen.
Have you clicked on the _ (underscore) to minimize it?
If so, it sounds like you have a crippled installation.
See if a repair solves it.

why not run the scan when you are not using the computer....
or activate screensaver scan, then you dont have to think of doing it at all
