Avast causing event ID: 1530 User Profile Service Errors
« on: November 20, 2013, 11:53:49 AM »
Hello everyone.

Since about a week when i have had my PC on the whole day i seem to be having the problem that Avast is still doing something in my registry and coming up with the following error:

Windows detected your registry file is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded now. The applications or services that hold your registry file may not function properly afterwards.
 DETAIL -
1 user registry handles leaked from \Registry\User\S-1-5-21-2980117219-1486898219-2041705551-1000:
Process 1452 (\Device\HarddiskVolume3\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\AvastSvc.exe) has opened key \REGISTRY\USER\S-1-5-21-2980117219-1486898219-2041705551-1000

Is this a problem that can be solved or just ignored or is there a way to fix this?

Thanks in advance

Anyone here have an idea what it could be or how to fix it? i still have this issue after a clean install of avast.
I only get the error when i shut down my PC after a certain amount of time, the only workarround for not getting the warning in my log is to reboot my PC after 5 or 6 hours.
