Cannot install Adobe Flash player

Installed avast security, now I cannot install adobe flash player, it will go half way thru process put will not completely install . can someone help me with this?

According to my way,
Firstly disable the avast then you can install adobe flash player.

Which browser are you using to download Flash?  ???
