"Attention" and Nothing Else
« on: November 28, 2013, 06:05:55 PM »
When I go to "My Devices" menu, there's an "Attention Online" warning next to my current device.

So I click on my current device and get this (note the fact that there's nothing next to "Attention"):

Before this it said not all shields were activated so I repaired my program through control panel and then restarted my computer.

How do I fix this?

Edit: I tried doing what Para-Noid and schmidthouse suggested, but when I went to the menu everything was fine again. ^^' Thanks for replying though- your advice might be helpful to anyone else who may get this issue in the future.

1) I've never seen  this.
2) Have you tried clicking on the "exclamation mark"?
3) Have you tried to log-out of your account then log-in again?

Yes, I have noticed this a couple of times when reviewing My Devices.
If you choose to click on one of the Devices, more info will appear. The times I experienced this, the glitch seemed to be in the syncing of information between Device/PC and Avast program.
For me it cleared up.
You can Check the "Security Information" of each Device just to make sure. :)

Edit: Interestingly, I just noticed that the Information the Avast software has accumulated relating to the HP Laptop (Screenshot) is incorrect in that it shows OS as Windows 8 however my OS is Windows 8.1
