I just downloaded Google Chrome, and this tab keeps coming-up saying that software on my computer is incompatible with Google Chrome, and causing it to crash. I checked further, and it said my version of Avast is pre-version 8, and causing my computer to crash. But when I tried to remove Avast in order to get the current version, I can't. No reason is ever given, I just can't. How do I remove Avast from my computer? This is what it says when I try to remove Avast.
"Error reading product data from (long code is given).Setup cannot continue."
No reason or solution is ever provided.
