File C:\ProgramFiles\AVAST Software\AVASTBCL-Sfx.exe Application.Win32.Multiplug.D.dg!43 was identified as a threat. Trojan Killer wants me to resubscribe of course. Guidance from anyone familiar with this type of situation?

I wouldn't put too much faith in trojan killer.AVASTBCL-Sfx.exe Application is the browser cleaner in avast.Maybe someone else on here has a more detailed explanation,

Webutation also doesn't think much of Trojan Killer:

Maybe removing Trojan Killer is a better choice ???

Tool only detects and then fixes when you pay, so that means i.m.o. no option to use it,

Use NoScript, a limited user account and a virtual machine and be safe(r)!
