Problems with Internetsecurity

Hello,
I am working with Windows 7, 64 bit.
I have ordered the Internetsecurity since some time. After an automatic update of the peogram I got a lot of problems. Following a hint in the forum I deinstalled avast with Revo uninstaller and used additionally CCleaner. Then I installed the newest version with success.
But 2 days ago I tried to test the secureline. I feel this has been a great mistake. The contact to my bank account worked ok, I downloaded some documents. But I cannot find and access those documents. Furthermore  now I can not contact and work with my bank account as ussual without secureline. It blocks the contact if I try to work without secureline.
I cannot get rid of testing secureline.
Then I uninstalled the program and installed again. But secureline comes up again.
In the meantime I uninstalles Avast Internet Sercurity again and activated Windows Firewall an installed Avast free Antivirus.
Thus it works ok. I am asking me why did I pay for the Internetsecurity suite.

Is ther a way to avoid the the problems with the suite?

Any hint is appreciated.
