sysprep

We are attempting to incorporate sysprep into our imaging process but are running into a problem.  Once we add Avast (education ver 8.x) to the base image the imaged machine will fail during the configuration phase.  I have read we might need to run a utility aswimgpr.exe before we run sysprep but I am unable to find this utility.  Is there any way to obtain the utility or is there another method we need to be looking at?  I am aware that we could install post imaging but that is not the desired method.

aswimgpr.exe will be on \Program Files\Avast Software\Avast

I ran this utility on a Windows 7 32bit machine, sysprepped, captured, and deployed with SCCM 2012 R2.  While starting up after the imaged was applied it failed. Looking through the logs it pointed to AVAST registry entries. When I captured without running the utility it did not error out. Any idea why this is?

What I am doing now is including the install package in C:\ and then running in it once the image is done.
