How can I trust AdwCleaner ?

In scan report AdwCleaner 3.015 is showing wrong location of found keys in Registry.
Example:
  Key Found : HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\AppID\{9DC8FA51-B596-4F77-802C-5B295919C205}
  Key Found : HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{3E28F712-0D6C-4EE3-AC8C-8F060F5D7C33}
That keys are actually in HKEY CLASSES ROOT.
Previous version of AdwCleaner didn't detect that keys.
BTW I don't have any problems.Avast,MBAM and SAS didn't find anything.Everything is OK.

Most clsid's have a duplicate in in both root and software so it is not a problem
