secureline trial--never able to establish connection

since starting the trial yesterday, this never is able to connect.  sometimes it knows immediatelly, other times it tries to connect for literally hours.  anyone???  i think i'm just going to use securitykiss or one of the other free vpns--this seems like it's going to be a hassle, and to pay for it on top of everything--though no way i will even consider unless i get past this problem.  it won't connect no matter what location i try... compaq presario 945us running vista home premium with avast free.

I just purchased secureline for one year and can't connect to any website while I have it activated.
Can anyone help with the technical? Or how to ask for a full refund?
