HI I was wondering if someone could please give me an up date on if their will be a solution anytime for this issue with Internet Explorer 9. I should say that I did disable the avast security plug-in from Internet Explorer 0 for a week or two and I have been able to access outlook.com without any problems or errors but when I enable the avast security add on in internet Exporer 9 and login to outlook.com I continue to get the blank white page and the above error message still.
If you have already raised a support ticket for your problem, just send Avast support an email asking for an expected resolution date.
If you haven't raised a support ticked for your problem, then the issue may not even be in the system.
This is a user to user forum. We can try to help each other with work arounds, or to confirm that a problem is not confined to an individuals system, but beyond that, if the program needs changing, the issue first needs to be made official. After that it becomes a matter of what priority it is allocated.
