Are you able to browse the network from the server?

Did you try with the Windows Computer Browser? If you can't see all the machines in the Computer Browser, then the AEA will not be able to see/find them too.

If this tool has a feature to export the computers to a list, you could just import them into the AEA Computer Ctalog folder.

The format of the file will be:

HOSTNAME[TAB]WORKGROUP_NAME[TAB]IP_ADDRESS
HOSTNAME2[TAB]WORKGROUP_NAME[TAB]IP_ADDRESS
HOSTNAME3[TAB]WORKGROUP_NAME2[TAB]IP_ADDRESS
HOSTNAME4[TAB]WORKGROUP_NAME3[TAB]IP_ADDRESS
