Hello everybody,
i would to know why I complain 5 times to get an answer and I got no response at all!
This is not fair at all and I can say that is the first time I encounter a so unsatisfactory help desk!

Unless the OP means he contacted Avast Help and got no response?

As olddog says if you post your problem here,  and in English,  there are plenty of experienced members to assist you.  :)

Hello,
I do nor want to argue, this does not help; however in 5 days I did not got any response.
And so I do not have any protection on my PC.
TRue I wrote in french but I asked the helpdesk and they say it doesnot matter...
Here is my problem: after install of the latest version I got the message :
===
Failed to load language: 119 blabla...
===
Now I do not have again this message but the main Avast menu with "you are unprotected"
Of course I done the "resolve all" or "start" or "turn on" and nothing happened!
Seems thgat I do not communicate with Avast.

As provider I have Free with the Freebox.

Who can help me?

Thank you very much

Have you tried the most basic procedures such as performing a clean uninstall and reinstall the avast antivirus?
You can also try repairing the software under programs and features if you are a windows user.
Mind i ask what program version are you using for Avast?

As Avast the last (and not least may be...) is 32767.65535
As what I done (several install...) Avastclear, registry cleaner, reset access, TFC, Ccleaner, malwarebytes, wiseregistrycleaner....
I am ready to do it again if you told me that should be my solution!
Tell me
Thanks for your nice help.

Registry cleaners are not necessarily a good idea and can sometimes do more harm than good,  but a full reinstall may be your answer -

Reinstalling

 a) Download Avastclear, Rejzors uninstall tool and an Avast program edition

http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_free_antivirus_setup_online.exe
http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_pro_antivirus_setup_online.exe
http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_internet_security_setup_online.exe
http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_premier_antivirus_setup_online.exe

Avastclear : http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avastclear.exe
Rejzors Uninstall tool: http://rejzor.wordpress.com/avast-cleanup-tool/   (Cleans up traces possibly left by Avastclear).

b)  Uninstall Avast via control panel
c) Uninstall using Avastclear. (it will ask to be booted in safe mode.  Say yes) and wait for normal mode to reboot.
d) Run Rejzors Uninstall Utility and reboot.
e) Install the version you downloaded.
f) Reboot,  may need a couple of reboots to get everything settled in and working correctly.

Before doing a clean install try a repair...

Control Panel>Uninstall a Program>double click "avast">click "repair">reboot  :)
Dell Inspiron, Win10x64--HP Envy Win10x64--Both systems Avast Free v17.9.2322, Comodo Firewall v8.2 w/D+, MalwareBytes v3.0, OpenDNS, Super Anti-Spyware, Spyware Blaster, MCShield, Unchecky, Vivaldi Browser and, various browser security tools.
