What's with all those notifications at boot\log in

It wasn't like this before but now after I installed the newest avast home,every time I boot the pc,I get some offer to buy avast.

Status Minitoring:
Virus Definition version - off
Program version - off
Definitions auto updates - off

All popup durations are set to 20(like always)

Comunity Features...both are disabled

Participate in avast comunity is also disabled
