Auto-renewal failed
« on: December 22, 2013, 08:01:19 PM »
So...I have a few licenses for Avast that I pay for...I cover several machines with these licenses...I keep getting a denied payment notice for one of my renewals...which is fine, because the card had expired...my problem, however, is that I cannot find a place to update the card...anywhere.  I have looked in my profile....on line, in each machine....where do I go to update my credit card information??????  This is really lame and quite frustrating...Avast has submitted for payment several times....how can I update this????

Hi there, please check again the email notice you received regarding the expired card. There should be a link plus login details to a dedicated portal where you can update your credit card information.
