I have not received any updates, streaming or otherwise for over a month. I have tried un-installing, re-installing, repairing and everything.This started when I updated to to version 9.Does anyone have any ideas?

Last encountered error: The license for this product is invalid or has expired.Engine and definitions: Already up to date (current version 131118-1)Is this normal? Please help.
