Your request to "Please fix" might be better directed to a support ticket so Avast get to see it. This is basically a user to user forum.

That said, I have the portable apps version of CrystalDiskInfo 6.0.4 Release 2013/12/07 installed on a Sandisk 8GB USB flash drive, and whilst a number of my other portable apps have triggered DeepScreen, passed the inspection and have automatically been added to the deepscreen exclusions, CrystalDiskInfo did not at any stage trigger DeepScreen, has not been made an exception, and runs perfectly OK when started via the Portable apps Menu (v11.2).

As I am also running Avast 2014.9.0.2011 (free) on a Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit system, perhaps you should first look a bit closer at your own installation.

The usual questions apply.
Which version of Avast (Free/AvastPro/Avast Internet Security/Avast Premier) are you using.
Is it the only AV system on your PC
How did you install 2014.9.0.2011, as an update via the program from a previous version, or a clean install.
Have you tried a repair?
Have you tried uninstalling Avast, using Avastclear.exe to clean up, rebooting then doing a clean install of Avast.

The WinMD5Sum check of CrystalDiskInfoPortable_6.0.4.paf.exe that I installed was f80c481fb7ab105f0fe5f7747fc9c47a, its size is 2,449,624 bytes. It show a product version of 6.0.4.0 and is digitally signed. The Certificate was issued to Rare Ideas. LLC by Comodo Code Signing CA2 and valid from 15/02/2013 to 16/02/2014.
