Avast makes MSIE unable to start!

PC with Windows XP fully updated (system & avast).

When trying to start MSIE the result is a system crash with following message:

AppName: iexplore.exe
AppVer: 8.0.6001.1870
ModName: aswwebrepie.dll
Modver: 9.0.2011.70
Offset: 00027032

I first uninstalled avast with avastclear and reinstalled latest version 9.0.011.263 (that was yesterday), but the problem persists!

Disable Avast Online Security add-on.
You can do this through CCleaner:
Tools/Startup/Internet Explorer
BTW,I am not using AOS add-on.
