hello everyone,
I just want to suggest something.
I'm a malware hunter in a lot of forums and I saw that lot of companies that they have an easier way to submit undetected files.
they have mini-forum where every one can open his thread with his one undetected files. it is just easier for you and for us, who want to submit undetected files.
you can see an example here:

Thank you!

Well zip files aren't accepted for attachments and neither would be the submission of undetected malware on a public forum as there is no means of control over who accesses them or what they may do with them.

Essentially they don't want the support forums to become a quasi malware distribution site, not to mention the possibility of avast actually alerting within its own support forum.

Multiple samples can be sent to virus@avast.com in a password protected archive with the password in the body of the email.

Other sample options are also available manually add to the virus chest and submit from there or from the avastUI > Help > Feedback - Report Files to the avast! virus lab.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

they could do it like Malwarebytes.... if the forum software allow

as in Malwarebytes forum, you must zip the file before upload....
only the forum mods and those users that belong to malware hunters group are able to download files....

anyway you can use these options...

You can upload files and report issues to avast  here : http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php  (select subject according to Your case)

You can use mail
send to virus@avast.com in a password protected zip file
mail subject:  False Positive / undetected sample (select subject according to your case)
zip password:  infected

or you can send files from avast chest
how to use the chest.    http://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB21
