Hi,
I'm changing my hard drive & re-installing Windows XP - will I have any problems, or is there anything to watch out for, when I use Avast! setup.exe on the new congfiguration?

I'd say backing up the files <avast>\data\avast4.ini <avast>\data\avast4.mdb and then replacing them in the fresh install would effectively preserve all your settings.
Thanks
