Asn.er.dll Avast for Photoshop CS2 Avast Locked in last update (False Alarm)

Avast yesterday morning blocked Asn.er.dll a dll file required to run Adobe photoshop cs2 and as a result photoshop no longer is able to run , i have also checked this with a friend and he has the same problem this morning i assume an defination update has given false alarm

I have added the file to exclusions but everytime i launch photoshop Avast once again blocks this file causing photoshop to error

send to virus@avast.com in a password protected zip file
mail subject:  False Positive / undetected sample (select subject according to your case)
zip password:  infected

Already reported and raised a ticket now been over 2 day hours since reported and nothing back at all in meantime i cant use my photoshop
