here is what i found out bout grime fighter

I did a search on CNET webpage and from what I read the grime fighter comes with avast,  and you can uninstall grime fighter have to go to control panel and you will see it asks you to uninstall or change,  then from there you follow what it says to uninstall what you want to.  i did it uninstall grime fighter and i hope is off my pc.  i should have uninstalled avast to and i might end up doing that anyhow. but my problem is this avast should have pointed out they were installing this grime fighter. but let me say for all do not open the grime fighter just don't touch it,

From recent non beta versions of avast (certainly 9.0.2011) Grime Fighter isn't actually installed on your system, there is a control interface if you wish to use it. That control interface can be deselected when you do a custom install of avast.
