Urgent! locked phone and no password!!

I have locked my phone and can't remember the password. I have tried sending a recovery pin to another phone and i receive the pin but it doesn't work when i'm trying to unlock it. I have also tried sending commands from my account on avast but that doesn't work either...
What should i do???
