Using mail shield certificate exclusion search terms, I've read everything I can find on this pop up that pops up every few seconds and prevents downloading messages. Most of what I read I don't understand. Right now I have Avast shut off.
Can someone give me a yes or a no as to whether there is a fix (I can do) for this issue? Not sure where to go from here but to uninstall and move to another brand. I hate to do that since I like Avast so much. Thanks for helping.
