Avast Help

Avast is starting to drive me MAD.
Every click of the mouse and I get "Oh Dear, threat detected" and the window pops up.  Even to come onto this Forum*****.
I have been using Avast for a No of years and never had a problem!.
I have been to my 'user interface'. Not found any help there!.
So, anyone help...cheers

Please attach Malwarebytes, OTL and aswMBR
