I have a Premium license and now Anti-Theft is not working in one of my devices due to this error. Apparently it is due to a lack of space either in the avast servers or in google drive. I have accessed google drive trough the account linked to the device (Android) and there is nothing related with Avast.

Can someone pls explain if there´s any way to clean the assigned storage and keep on working normally?

Is it true that since this problem has been raised for the first time (months ago) no-one at Avast has provided a solution?

I have paid my yearly Premium license and it´s been working fine, cannot understand that there is no solution for this.

Thanks for any hints!

Hi to all,

Support has just replied. No access to avast online storage, but the solution is just to activate google drive using the account that is linked to the device. Turned Google drive on and solved.
