Starting with an email I received at 8:05 am 2/3/2014 until I disabled the Mail shield at 6:45 pm Avast erased all incoming emails and put "avast!: Message body was removed because it contained a virus." in the body. Subject erased. From erased. Just the new body text included. I've lost a day's worth of email.
The attached image shows what is in my virus chest. Note that this virus was moved to the chest at 7:51 am today. My first erased email arrived at 8:05 am today. I've rebooted several times today while installing other software.
This virus seems to have broken Avast. Any ideas or comments?
