Viruses Moved to Virus Chest what is the next steps??

I recently did a complete boot scan and tons of viruses were moved into the virus chest.  I assume it is safe but what do I do to completely remove the viruses from my computer permanently?

they are removed......   no rush to delete from chest before you know that all is ok

and if what was detected was PUP ?
PUP = not virus / Possible Unwanted Programs .... usually crap that comes bundled with freeware downloads

I'm sorry I read the links and they were very helpful only one thing I'm still new to understanding what I'm looking at when reviewing the potential threat.  If I delete and it is a file that I need then I can cause more issues, this is kind of tricky for newbies like me lol.
