Just in case another BSOD here is util to take look at minidump file.
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.htmlI'm sure Essexboy can read the .dmp file but wanted you to have copy.
Also, you do want to check in Windows that minidump it setup.....sometimes it is not.
Go to Control Panel>System>Advacned System Settings>Advanced (tab)>StartUp & Recovery section>Settings Button.
Under the system failure section there are options.....select small memory dump, check directory where to be stored, also check box to create event in Event in system log. You can uncheck auto-restart if you want to see the BSOD error on the screen.....then you can aloways manually reboot after you've read/documented the BSOD screen.....heck I use my phone to take a quick pic.
