Nope, I haven't tried to scan the system again, but I could if you wish.

Essexboy should be back awake in several hours....let him answer.
In the mean time.....try to find the CHKDSK log that was created....either on the HDD or Event Viewer.

You can also within Windows do a CHKDSK.....you can run without a repair (read-only mode) to just see results.
Go to Run Command (CMD)
Type chkdsk  (Type "/" and the drive which you want to check with it, Example: chkdsk  /C)
Wait for it to finish and post results

These are the results when my system rebooted and did the check. Do I need to do CHKDSK within windows aswell?

Go ahead and run it in Windows now in Read-Only mode and post.
It'll give Essexboy a before & after.....hopefully the "after" is "found no problems".

I would wait for Essexboy but if it was me I'd schedule another CHKDSK to run with fixes.
Assuming you HDD is C:.....the command is:
chkdsk /r C:
When you do this in Windows it will tell you this will happen during next boot....you'll confirm to "Schedule" with "Y".
Exit & Reboot.
You should see the Windows logo come up and before login screen the chkdsk will run.
Note, from time-time I've seen it not run and had to go into CMD prompt and set again, and reboot.
Once this runs and fixes the last items I'd do a full scan test in Windows and see if you get BSOD.

This is just my thoughts....I am no expert.......Essexboy is.

Just in case another BSOD here is util to take look at minidump file.

I'm sure Essexboy can read the .dmp file but wanted you to have copy.

Also, you do want to check in Windows that minidump it setup.....sometimes it is not.
Go to Control Panel>System>Advacned System Settings>Advanced (tab)>StartUp & Recovery section>Settings Button.
Under the system failure section there are options.....select small memory dump, check directory where to be stored, also check box to create event in Event in system log.  You can uncheck auto-restart if you want to see the BSOD error on the screen.....then you can aloways manually reboot after you've read/documented the BSOD screen.....heck I use my phone to take a quick pic.

Windows replaced bad clusters in file 215446  of name \RIOTGA~1\LEAGUE~1\rads\projects\LOL_AI~1\releases\0.0.1.71\deploy\assets\images\CHAMPI~1\PO2DB3~1.JPG.

I wonder if this was the problem
