problems with my email!!

Hi
just wondering if someone could help me....since yesterday I have the avast program. So far so good...only problem, as soon as I start my outlook programm it closes down after about a minute ( the email cant delete or write).

I dont know what the problem is or how to fix it...anyone had the same problem??

ok, my problem is when I open Microsoft Outlook for my emails and want to delete something (spam mail etc.) (email) closes down. I dont know why.thanks again
