    Never Mind !  , It is Fixed ,  One phone call to support at My ISP did it , Some how a box 6 levels deep in the Dial up App got checked ,  ( Which I did NOT EVER CHECK !!! )  "  Outgoing Mail Server requires Authentication "  , It was Unchecked  
 and we changed my ' Incoming mail to iinet not nwlink ' and out going to smtp iinet , from nwlink  ,  Phil

"Never mind"???  Who suggested you contact your ISP!   ;D
