Any idea how to block this or delete it from my computer?

Popup block is related to spam advertising campaigns.  Mutiple SURBL blacklists here: http://zulu.zscaler.com/submission/show/b03c69a8a43a2b6ab4e97ce1ad6feb88-1394184394
