Novice Safezone Question

When banking in Safezone I tried to print the receipt but the printer did not respond.

How do I fix that?

Read the HELP file within the avast GUI, it is denoted by the "?" .

Avast > Settings > Tools > SafeZone > Parameters ......  here you set the saving ( or not ) of items to desktop.

Saving/clipboard should be off by default for obvious security reasons.

Saving /printing works well with SafeZone.

Thanks for the link. I'm not at the PC with Avast now but called the person who is. They saw a long list in Parameter but not a printing option.    Will be there tomorrow.

unfortunately I could only find 'clipboard sharing between desktop & safezone'..   nothing about printing.

That is the setting you want, choices are "text only" or " full" .   Set it to "Full" and you should find your printer works.

Gave it a try. Unfortunately, no luck.
