Problem with Browser Cleanup Tool

Hi There!!! Just want to ask; Why is Avast Browser Cleanup Tool "unable to retrieve data for browser cleanup" even while internet connection is Ok and I also cleared up IE Cache and cookies? I'm running Windows7 32 & 64 Bit and use IE11 as browser with Google as default. I've also run SuperAntiSpyware and everything seems to be ok. I've also checked for any new browser add-ons and there are none so far. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Blessings, manolocintron@gmail.com
