 but  manually scan file no detection

what does FileRepMetagen  detection  mean

That file that you downloaded has a bad reputation.

Avast is considering the age, the number of users that have encountered the file, and some other things.

Avast is considering the age of the file the amount of computers where the file was run on the status of the digital signature the URL
where it comes from and theprevelance of the file.

Avast is only considering executables with FileRep.

But how it works exactly can only be answered by Avast themselves.
