Posted OTL log doesn't show the malware presence.
However, OTL shows the leftovers of
PUP software and some installed toolbars ...etc. We shall run Zoek for additional checks & cleaning of that craps ...
Btw, Yes, as Pondus said, I do need Malwarebytes log (first one, not the last one) and aswMBR log as well.

Unpack the archive...- Close any open browsers
- Temporarily disable your AntiVirus program. (If necessary)

- Double click on zoek.exe to run the tool .
