Is Avast 2014.9.0.2016 a beta?

I thought this was a beta release but when I just checked to see if I had the latest version through my GUI it downloaded this version.  When it asked to restart it took a long time for it to do this.  I did uncheck the Chrome box and it didn't install it but my Firefox seems to be running so much slower since this update.

Thank you Pondus.  I had just seen on Major Geeks that this was the newest version and was just coming in to post that is was resolved.
