You can check them at http:www.virustotal.com first or open a thread in the viruses and worms section if you're a bit paranoid, but in most cases, all those files should be harmless.

didnt work, also when i disable the file shield in avast without restarting them things still dont work . .. . lol

have you ever used the registry cleaner and/or added some of the advanced parts for cleanings?
In that case, you most likely need to make a repair of your Windows installation, see my posting here:

no ive only ever used updated crapcleaner with google chrome session unticked, so pretty much defaults

You could still have tried the inplace upgrade or even a normal Windows re-installation in the time you're lamenting about your problem.
