Help! Win32:dropper-gen

This morning I ran a scan on avast. Got Win32:dropper-gen. This is a old computer given by my uncle so it may already be infected by other viruses. Attachments down below.

Oh sorry to mention this, I did a Malwarebytes's scan and got PUP's as a infection.

I viewed a forum post and used a program called Gimar. I think it might have worked or not. At the moment, i'm not experiencing any problems but earlier on just bad computer performance.
