If you lost your Home Edition serial,then you can just re-register again to obtain new one. If you lost your Professional serial,then you should contact tech support or Alwil sale department. They'll give you directions on how to recover the key.

What version, Home or Pro?

If home register again using the same details and email address and a copy will be sent. Use a different email address and you will get a new number.
