Reporting false positive failure
« on: April 01, 2014, 04:22:51 PM »
Good afternoon Avast tech support Team,

I would like to report a failure in Avast! Free antivirus software.
I am using the software Safescan Time Attendance within my free version of Avast! and since few days now, the "TimeAttendant.exe" is being reported as a threat.

I am trying to setup it as false positive from the red pop up window but no reaction from Avast!.
The only solution i have is to manually setup the installation folder for the software Safescan Time Attendance as an exclusion and still not being able to use it.

I contacted the company and they are waiting since more than a week now a solution to the ticket they raised with you guys.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance.
