cavscan.exe detected as a virus

I am using comodo firewall version 7. When I try to update it, the file cavscan.exe detected as a virus (Win32:Kryptik-KMY [Trj]). I've submitted the false positive form for the file to avast, but its been 2 weeks and its still detected as a virus. Can anybody help me on this matter? or does it really a virus?

That is the comodo antivirus file I would suggest you disable the AV element in comodo
