avast 2104.9.0.2016 web shield using 90 percent of my 2 core processor

after the last software update, the the cpu usage is 100 percent . I disabled 3 shields the cpu usage became normal then tried disabling 1 shield at a time, web shield is the one that is doing all this.... i have been using avast for years, that's the first time that i had problem with it. Thanks for an awesome program

works fine now, after:
uninstalling using iobit uninstaller
then installing 2014.9.0.2016 version downloaded from cnet
