avast! DeepScreen is analyzing a file . . . over, and over, and over. . .

This was in another thread, and I tried the suggestion (change AntiVirus mode to aggressive) and that worked . . . sort of.  about 15 seconds after doing that, it scanned the same file again (syncus-refresh.exe, from Syncus) but allowed me to add an exclusion.  Isn't there a better way to keep it from analyzing the exact same file over and over again?

Oh, and this only slowed things down.  It still pops up and analyzes the file even after I clicked the "Add to exclusion list" button.
