I downloaded the offline installer and added our license file correctly. However, the software then states that it is upgrading to the 'plus' version and attempts to download additional components.
Unfortunately we cannot connect these client machines (Win7) to the internet for security reasons. We have to install the software by burning it to a CD and carrying it across the air gap. Is there any way of downloading the full Endpoint Protection Plus client?
At the moment, most of the modules are active, but there is no firewall component.
Any advice appreciated.
