I am currently experiencing problem with Anti Theft app. I went back home for holidays I switched SIM card for local (czech one) and my phone went locked. I forgot my password and phone is not sending recovery messages. Before the phone gets locked I am able to get online via my home wifi router, so my phone is online as I can hear receiving facebook messages in background. Anyway when I log to my.avast.com I am not able to send any command to my phone (changing pin, unlock command) and my phone still says that device is unlocked, even though it is not. Due to this fact my phone became worthless. I already raised ticket, no answer, phoned U.S. number, costing me fortune - have been told that they do only computers, phoning czech number several times, no answer. I don't feel really comfortable when I am getting ignored as a customer when experiencing such an issue, so quick reply would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance for your co-operation. Vojtech
