no network, no lan, no tcp/ip

After installing Avast Pro and restart the computer, I get no network, windows firewall turned off, appears in aswrdr conflict, the controller protocol tcp / ip is with conflict. How to solve? Thank you.

did you uninstall your previous used AV (none avast) before installing avast?
did you follow that vendors uninstall instructions.
