A/V network problems

Hi Guys,

I have noticed when booting up Avast that sometimes the network Component refuses to load correctly resulting in Windows informing me that Avast's HIPs is switched off. I then go to Avast and it seems it's loaded fine without issues however upon going into the active protection module and restarting the service manually the error goes away. :(

I have done the following

1) Repaired the install
2) Uninstalled the install
3) Reinstalled the Install
4) booted into safeboot and ran the clear app.

Any Ideas when this can get fixed? It's pretty annoying!
